Teach your framework inside a fully accredited diploma.
Your framework decides where you begin.
CiHYPi builds the diploma course around it.
Your diary is not a retirement plan.
There is no handshake at the end of a hypnotherapy career. No gold watch. No pension to reward you for your client work.
What you have is your knowledge, your experience and an income that stops when you stop seeing clients.
CPD develops you as a practitioner. CiHYPi helps you turn what you already know into an accredited hypnotherapy training business.
From practitioner to instructor
You bring the part nobody else can provide. Your clinical experience, your framework and the trust you have already built through your work.
Then, over one year, you and I build the training business around it. We develop your positioning, your enrolment system, your first cohort and your confidence as an instructor.
The Next Professional Step
From practitioner to accredited instructor
The year is built around one outcome: your first cohort enrolled
Between calls, you have private voice and text access to me when something needs an answer, a decision or a second pair of eyes.
You grow into the instructor role while we build the diploma course around you.
By the time your first cohort begins, you already have an automated enrolment process working in the background to fill your next diploma course.

Your intellectual property is built privately
Your positioning, your framework, your market and your first students are not the same as anyone else's. That is why this work is done privately rather than through group calls.
By the time you are ready to launch your diploma, your framework is ready for teaching at diploma level, your instructor accreditation is in place and your enrolment system is working.
Your private calls are arranged across the year, so you can build your diploma course around your existing practice rather than having to fit around a fixed programme of group classes.
Four Seasons.
One Complete Career Shift.
In CiHYPi, that infrastructure already exists. Your job is to learn how to use it to build the school around your framework.

Marketing isn't a strong point, but I already had a list of people who trusted me. When Susan helped me create my sales funnel, everything changed.

How You Teach Your Students
During the Saturday, you teach in the morning and students practise in the afternoon. The evening pods give them structured time to rehearse and develop their skills between modules.
Across ten months, the Saturday modules and practice pods provide the 120 hours of fully accredited classroom training. Student case work and assignments complete the remaining diploma requirements.
The curriculum, lesson plans, teaching structure, practice sessions and assessment points are prepared and ready for you to deliver under your own name.
Every hypnotherapist remembers the trainer who certified them.
This is the year you become that person for six people.
Your first six decide whether this is the right time
You do not need six students lined up before you begin. Finding your first six is part of the programme.
On the Founder Call, I will ask you one important question:
Where are your first six students most likely to come from?
Some practitioners already have names in mind. Most do not.
What matters is whether there is a realistic market around you that we can build from.
That might include:
- Past clients who already trust your work.
- People who have attended your workshops.
- Professional contacts.
- Or people within your local community who are interested in becoming hypnotherapists.
It may also be geographical. If people in your area currently have to travel or train entirely online to qualify in hypnotherapy, a local accredited diploma can fill a genuine gap.
On the Founder Call, we assess that opportunity properly. We look at your existing audience, your client base, your professional network, your local market and what is currently missing.
If we can both see a credible route to your first six students, we begin.
If we cannot, I will tell you. There is no advantage in starting CiHYPi before there is a market we can realistically build from.
The aim is not to hope six students appear. It is to know where we are going to look for them, then build the system that brings the right people towards you and gives them a clear route to enrol.
The question that decides if this is the time
"Where are your first six students most likely to come from?"
