Your framework will consist of models most of the profession is not yet using

There are two emerging models of hypnotherapy that are reshaping our profession. You'll learn how to integrate both into your framework.

Emotion-focused hypnotherapy works with the attachment patterns and unresolved relational dynamics that sit beneath a client’s presenting issue.

Soma-focused hypnotherapy works with the body and nervous system: regulation, safety and the processing that talking models cannot reach.

Your framework will be built on the models the profession is only beginning to learn.

Find it. Build it. Own it. Teach it.
One framework that is entirely yours.

Month One: Find it

You arrive with your pre-course work done. Your receive channel is open, your blockages are mapped, and you know your settled ground.

Now we excavate. We choose one healed experience and ask two questions.
What did you have to get good at to get through that?
What did that experience build in you?

You leave month one having found it and named it. Something valuable, and it came from inside you.

Month two: Build it

Every hypnotherapy framework has five parts. Once you can see those five parts, you can take what has been sitting in your head and give it a clear shape.
Then we make it teachable.

We build the somatic and emotion-focused techniques into it. How your framework decodes what happens in the body before your clients find words. How to work with the emotions underneath.

By the end of November, your idea is no longer just something you understand. It is a framework you can use, explain and teach.

Month three: Own it and Teach it

You get ready to teach your framework.
First you create a short promotional video that lets potential clients, colleagues and future students understand your framework and why it matters.

You record it on your own phone, in your own time. Submitted by Graduation Day. Done, not polished.

Then the last question of the ninety days, and it is the receive channel's question:

Are you still blocked?

Because owning a framework means letting yourself be known for it and inviting the career stability that comes from stepping into a teaching role.

Teaching hypnotherapy just one Saturday per month, with your own students and framework, can be enough to change the economics of your practice.

Two frameworks that turned into diploma courses

Brenda knew that her life and her work with clients had taught her something worth passing on. She just had not found the structure for it yet.

The Energy Process became that sequence. Today it is the foundation of her Diploma in Energy Based Hypnotherapy.
